
This is my rave about the book I just finished reading called "Skinny Bitch", a way to kick your ass to finally become a skinny girl like you want to be. Along the way, they get you to become a vegan, lose dairy, meat, coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, and teach you how to kick start the new you with a thirty day eating plan. I read it from cover to cover in one sitting and I loved it, I'm really hoping this book helps me out, and I'll post as I go along!
